Someone will need to be there to help the driver unload when your items are being delivered.

ALL DELIVERIES ARE HANDBALLED OFF , there is no forklift on the lorries ​

Deliveries are made between 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday. 

​

We do not deliver in specific areas on specific days - our lorries only go when full.

​

You will be contacted at least 24 hours before delivery, and will also receive a call an hour before from the driver to let you know they're in the area.

​

*Delivery: To Mainland England and Wales is currently 10 to 15 working days and is £60 + VAT.

​

Orders between £150-300 will incur a £100 delivery charge for England & Wales.

 

Orders under £150 please call for a quote.

​

Scotland is 10 to 15 working days.

DD, KY, FK, G, MA, ML, EH, DG,TD, PA1 -19 & PH1-18 are £70 + VAT (orders £300+)

​

AB, PA20 - 37, PH19 - 50, IV1-13, IV30-32 & IV 36 are £135+ VAT (orders £300+)

​

KW & IV14 - IV52 are £200 + VAT (orders £300+)

Unfortunately, we do not deliver within the North & South circulars in London 

We only delivery to mainland Wales, Scotland and England

(No Scottish islands,Northern Ireland or mainland Ireland)

Please be aware that we deal with Kingspan, Ecotherm & Unilin. The boards you receive could be any of these brands, unless it's Kooltherm.

Please be aware that our lorries are the height and width of a double decker bus.

​

Where site access is restricted, we will deliver to the nearest safe access point.

​

Any damages caused by, or to, our delivery vehicles on restricted access sites, will be the customers, or their representatives, sole responsibility.

​

Boards will be not be reserved until full payment has been received.
